These prayers include mantra chanting, meditation, and offerings. All devotees are welcome to participate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Morning Prayer<\/strong><br \/>\nThe morning prayer includes Buddha homage, mantra chanting, and meditation. It begins at 4:30 AM and lasts for approximately one hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evening Prayer<\/strong><br \/>\nThe evening prayer includes Buddha homage, mantra chanting, and prayers. It starts at 6:00 PM and lasts for about one hour.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Weekly Meditation<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM<\/strong><br \/>\nA group meditation program is organized every Saturday at the monastery. Various meditation techniques are taught and practiced. People of all ages are welcome to participate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meditation Guidance<\/strong><br \/>\nExperienced meditation teachers provide instruction on different meditation techniques. Beginners are taught basic meditation practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Group Meditation<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter the instruction, all participants meditate together. This session lasts approximately 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q&amp;A Session<\/strong><br \/>\nAfter meditation, participants can share their experiences and ask questions. Volunteers are welcome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cleaning Campaign<\/strong><br \/>\nVolunteers clean the monastery premises and surrounding areas, contributing to environmental protection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tree Plantation<\/strong><br \/>\nTree plantation programs are organized depending on the season to support environmental conservation and beautification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Service Activities<\/strong><br \/>\nOther community services such as visits to old age homes, support to orphanages, and similar activities are conducted as needed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Special Programs<\/h2>\n<h3>Saga Dawa Festival<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Jestha (Buddha Purnima)<\/strong><br \/>\nSaga Dawa is an important Buddhist festival commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and Mahaparinirvana of Lord Buddha. Special rituals, meditation retreats, teachings, and cultural programs are organized.<\/p>\n<p>Thousands of devotees including local residents, officials, and international visitors participate. The monastery is decorated with colorful flags and lights during the festival.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Losar Festival<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Magh\/Falgun (Tibetan New Year)<\/strong><br \/>\nLosar is celebrated as the Tibetan New Year with rituals, cultural programs, and feasts. Traditional dances, songs, and games are performed.<\/p>\n<p>The monastery is specially decorated, and traditional foods are prepared during the celebration.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Guru Purnima<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ashar (Full Moon)<\/strong><br \/>\nGuru Purnima is celebrated to honor spiritual teachers. Special rituals, respect ceremonies, and teachings are organized. Devotees express gratitude and receive blessings.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Cham Dance<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Poush Month<\/strong><br \/>\nCham is a sacred Buddhist ritual dance performed by monks wearing traditional costumes and masks representing deities. It holds deep spiritual and cultural significance.<\/p>\n<p>A large number of locals and tourists attend. A fair is also held with traditional food and handicrafts.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Meditation Retreat Programs<\/h2>\n<p>Various meditation retreats are organized at the monastery.
